Sometime in the 1950s.in the middle of Kansas my
grandpa grew up as a young lad around this style of sausage making. They started this tradition and he's carried it through the years, bartering with it to the dentist folks, bank tellers and selling it to many friends and families all through the years. Now as his grandson, we are continuing the tradition 21 years later.
